Fingerprinting of Bulgarian and foreign citizens at National Institute of Forensics – Ministry of Interior must be performed after a previously pre-booked appointment at the following phone numbers: 02/98 29 094, 02/98 29 095, via email address [email protected], and amount transferred in advance in BGN or EUR until the end of January 2026 and only in EUR from February 2026 , to the account of the Ministry of Interior : BG 71BNBG9661 3000 1462 01, BIC BNBGBGSD at Bulgarian National Bank – BNB Head Office Sofia, as follows:
- for 1 pcs. fingerprint card for one person - 30.27 EUR / 59.21 BGN with VAT;
- for 2 pcs. fingerprint cards for one person - 60.54 EUR / 118.41 BGN with VAT;
- for 3 pcs. fingerprint cards for one person - 90.81 EUR / 177.62 BGN with VAT;
- for 4 pcs. fingerprint cards for one person - 121.08 EUR / 236.82 BGN with VAT;
- for 5 pcs. fingerprint cards for one person - 151.36 EUR / 296.03 BGN with VAT;
- for 6 pcs. fingerprint cards for one person - 181.63 EUR / 355.23 BGN with VAT.
Customers need to provide the payment order for the amount paid.
The customers must make an appointment in advance to perform this activity.
