Instructions for use

• Please select the type of document you have applied for.
• In the PIN field enter your unique civil number, using numbers only.
• In the surname field, indicate your surname, written in Cyrillic as completed in the application for the issuance of the identity document. Click the "Search" button.
• As a result of the search, you will receive information whether you have issued an identity document of the selected type.
• In case the requested document is issued, depending on the paid service, you can receive it as follows:
  • Express service

    - On the same day as the document was issued

  • Fast service

    - On the same day, if the application is submitted to the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior and only in case the term, regulated in Tariff № 4, for issuing a document with paid fee for expess service has expired.

    - After 14:00 on the next working day, if the application is submitted to the regional office of the Ministry of Interior.

  • Ordinary service

    - On the date indicated in the registration coupon provided to you when submitting the application.
