The "Administrative" Department ensures the implementation of the main activities of directorates from the specialized and general administration at the Ministry of Interior at the level of the Directorate for Property Management and Social Activities, the Directorate "Planning and Budget Management", the Legal-Legal Activity Directorate, The Public Procurement Directorate, the Defense and Mobilization Training Directorate, the Human Resources Directorate, the Coordination and Administrative Service Directorate and the Analysis and Policies Directorate.
The department works in the following main directions:
• Implementation of non-material technical support of the Regional Directorate of MoI (RDMoI) and social servicing of MoI employees;
• Organizing, coordinating and controlling the processes of planning, compiling, implementing and reporting the budget of the RDMOI as a secondary budget spending unit;
• Coordination of the lawfulness of the individual administrative acts of the management of the Directorate of the Ministry of Justice, preparation of opinions and implementation of non-procedural representation before the courts and other jurisdictions in cases where a party to a lawsuit is the RDMOI;
• Support to the Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in forming, conducting and controlling the implementation of the human resources management policy, organizing, coordinating and controlling the selection and career development of MoI staff;
• Participation in the coordination of activities for implementation RDMOI strategies, programs, plans and other strategic documents, organizing the observance of the deadlines for the implementation of tasks set by the MoI leadership and the implementation of the departmental servicing of the Department;
• Planning, organizing and conducting of the defense-mobilization training of the composition of the Department;
