The procedure of psychodiagnostic assessment of police candidates includes:
- individual card, containing the evaluation of intellectual abilities and knowledge;
- individual card, containing the evaluation of personal qualities, social and communicative competency and integrity.

A psychologist from the Institute participates in the final interview during the promotion procedure.

During the Police Academy campaign is carried out an assessment of the psychological suitability of all candidates.

In order to prevent risk behavior of officers in the Ministry we make expert psychological reports on the basis of psychological examinations.
