Migration Directorate is a national specialized structure of the Ministry of the Interior (MoI) for regulation and control of the migration processes of foreigners residing in the Republic of Bulgaria, and for administrative service to EU citizens, citizens of states - party to the European Economic Area (EEA) Agreement and citizens of the Swiss Confederation, as well as members of their families, under the European Citizens and Members of their Families Entry and Residence In and Departure From the Republic of Bulgaria Act.
