Chief Commissioner Hristo Terziyski

Chief Commissioner Hristo Terziyski was born on 31 July 1968 in the town of Kyustendil.
 
He graduated from the Technical University in Sofia.
 
Chief Commissioner Hristo Terziyski started his career in the Ministry of Interior in 1996.
 
During the years he has held the following positions in the Ministry of Interior:
-         Operative police officer, Criminal Police Unit, 6th Regional Police Department within Sofia Metropolitan Directorate of Interior
-         Operative police officer, Counter-Drugs Sector, Sofia Metropolitan Directorate of  Interior
-         Head of Group, Criminal Police Unit, 6th Regional Police Department within Sofia Metropolitan Directorate of Interior
-         Head of Counter-Drugs Sector, Sofia Metropolitan Directorate of Interior
-         Deputy Chief, Criminal Police Department, Sofia Metropolitan Directorate of Interior
-         Since September 2009, Deputy Director of Sofia Metropolitan Directorate of Interior
-         Since 24 February 2015, Director of National Police General Directorate
