COMMUNITY POLICING STRATEGY

 » AIMS:
 » Focusing on the priorities of the police work in accordance with the needs of the community;
 » Improvement of public perception of security in the society
 » Overcoming the aloofness and work in partnership and close cooperation with the society
 » Increasing the public satisfaction as regards the police serving
 » Reducing the fear of crime in society through prevention
IMPLEMENTATION
 » The implementation of the aims will be proceeded under the leadership of the Minister of Interior
 » Coordination of the consecutive actions and control over the processes will be accomplished bu a permanent Working Group, which includes participants from the MoI and NGO
 » Individual  delivery plans will be implemented for achieving the principal results of the short-term objectives
 » Public and media will be regularly provided with information as regards the current developments of the strategy
