Reference Information

Who can submit the application?

The applications for issuance of identity documents shall be lodged personally and the application for identity documents for juveniles and minors shall be lodged in the presence of their parents, guardians or trustees. If one of them can not be present a notary legalised explicit agreement shall be submitted. Another person may submit the application if a notary legalised explicit power of attorney is presented.
