How should we fill in the application form?
The application shall be filled in on a typewriter or shall be hand-written in block letters.
The names shall be written in Bulgarian and in English in accordance with the English rules for transliteration. When the name of the person or the place of residence contains typically Bulgarian letters or combinations of letters, on the request of the person, they may be transcribed in English in a different manner, in the way they were transcribed in previous documents or other official documents. Two signatures are required in the application form. One of them shall certify the information and be placed on page 3 and the other shall be placed on page 1 in the specified yellow margin. The signatures shall be made in front of an official and not earlier. The signature shall be made using a pen provided on spot by the official and shall be transferred onto the identity documents in a digital manner.
The official shall stick on the photograph.
