Projects

Creation of a unified system for human resources evaluation, qualification and development in MoI (2002)

This project aims to strengthen the capacity of the Ministry of the Interior in the field of Human Resource Management and Development. It focuses on: enabling the Ministry as a whole to recruit and retain the skilled and committed workforce that it needs to make its functioning fully effective; and developing effective personnel systems. Phare assistance is conditional on high-level MOI commitment to the system.
